Q: When will my order arrive?
There are several shipping options available when you place an order. With regular ground shipping in the continental US, you can expect to receive your parts within 5 business days. Call for more details or information about international orders. Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST ship the same day.
Q: What is your warranty?
Warranties meet the manufacturer’s requirements, which vary on the product. Call us for information or visit the manufactures website. The product in question will have to be sent to the manufacture for a warranty claim & we are not responsible for any fees incurred during the claim(towing, transportation, lodging, etc). We offer the highest quality products and are a re-seller. WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE PRODUCTS & ARE UNABLE TO GRANT A WARRANTABLE REPLACEMENT ITEM Call for more details. WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR
Q: What is your return policy?
Returns must be within 30 days. Returns must be in NEW condition in the original packaging from the manufacture. If the package has been opened OR the part has been installed or shows signs of installation, it will void any return. Any physical damage to the product will void any return. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return the product. THIS INCLUDES A CORE CHARGE RETURN. Customer is responsible for acquiring a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form before sending back the item. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any returned item. Please inspect your item(s) immediately after receipt. If an item is damaged upon receipt, we NEED to know within 5 business days to file a shipping damage claim. If you report damage after 5 business days, we may be unable to rectify the situation. I just got around to opening the box is not a valid excuse and the carrier may deny the damage claim
Q: What are core charges?
Some parts ordered require a core charge. A core charge will be refunded back to you when the old part is sent back to us and a quality control expert approves it as a good core. Customer is responsible for shipping the core product back to us.
Q: Do you have discounts or promotions?
Yes, sign up for our monthly email newsletter to receive promotional codes and/or preferred customer discounts.
Q: Can you price match a competitor?
We will do everything in our power to price match a competitor. Amazon & eBay not applicable.
Q: Can I get after hours tech support?
The best way to reach us after hours is email. We’ll try our hardest to get back to you and answer any questions or concerns as soon as possible.
