Q: When is free shipping available?
FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders over $100 (in the lower 48) for the entire webstore. We have expedited UPS services available to choose from upon checkout. Free shipping will be shipped through the courier of our choice - Possible couriers are USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground
Q: What shipping options are available?
Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:01PM CST will ship the next business day if they are in stock. We will call you if an order may take more than 2-3 business days to ship. We can overnight via UPS to most locations, other options available upon request with additional charges. (Saturday Delivery, Next Day Early AM, Etc.) We are unable to refund expedited shipping charges if a package is delivered late or encountered a delay. You are responsible for any fees due for changes made to the delivery address after the product has shipped.
We are not responsible for any MECHANIC'S FEES or REPAIR FEES due to parts delays or parts installations
Q: What is your return policy?
Returns must be within 30 days. Returns must be in NEW condition in the original packaging from the manufacture. If the package has been opened OR the part has been installed or shows signs of installation, it will void any return. Any physical damage to the product will void any return. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return the product. A restocking fee may be applied to any returned item. Please inspect your item(s) immediately after receipt. If an item is damaged upon receipt, we NEED to know within 5 business days to file a shipping damage claim. If you report damage after 5 business days, we may be unable to rectify the situation. I just got around to opening the box is not a valid excuse and the carrier may deny the damage claim
Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delays can potentially happen when the wrong address is entered or the logistics company cannot deliver the package due to weather, natural disaster or holidays. Changing the delivery address after the package has shipped will cause a delay and you will be responsible for any fees associated with the address change.
Q: Is there a cost of item and/or core returns?
The customer is responsible to cover the cost of shipping a returned item and/or core. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be acquired by the customer by calling our technical support and labeled on the outside of the package. Returns may result in a re-stocking fee.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, additional rates may apply
Q: Do you ship products on weekends?
We do not ship products out over the weekends. Orders placed Friday after 12PM through the weekend will ship the following business day. Call us for expedited shipments ordered on Friday. Expedited shipments are a top priority.
Q: Are signatures required upon delivery?
Signatures ARE REQUIRED for orders over $500. LTL shipments will require a signature.
