If you previously installed an S&S CP4 bypass kit, this will have to be removed as it is not compatible with the DCR conversion kit

2011-2016 Year Models Require Vacuum Pump Mounting Gasket, Ford Part # BC3Z-2A572-A OR Mahle B32630. If you purchase from us, we will include the gasket free of charge(this gasket may be shipped separately from the DCR kit)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: A new driver side fuel rail should not be needed when doing a DCR conversion. However, if a piece of debris works its way into the system during install and gets stuck on the PCV then that could cause issues. On some trucks, especially higher milage trucks, there are little offices within the rail that can come loose sticking the PCV resulting in rail control issues as well. In these cases we would recommend replacing the rail. With the DCR being a high displacement pump it can make these underlying issue more pronounced

DURABLE DCR HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL PUMP
The two-piston DCR pump is based on a compact and modular design for easy integration, has low hydraulic and acoustical noise, features ultra-fast response times, and is biofuel and low-lubricity fuel compatible. It uses a patented eccentric drive pumping technology, with pressure-lubricated cam and bushings, for increased performance, efficiency, and benchmark durability. The Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) uses high-quality corrosion-resistant components and proprietary features to prevent large debris from entering the actuator, providing exceptional robustness for longevity and durability in harsh environmental conditions. The DCR can provide a max fuel delivery of 1,250 mm3 per revolution (25% more than a CP4.2), producing plenty of flow for worn injectors that have high return.
