This ISSPRO Boost Adapter Bolt for 1998.5-2007 5.9L Cummins engines is an OEM replacement that maintains factory fit and performance. This boost bolt will mount in place of 1 of the intake manifold bolts of your choice and will allow you to install a boost gauge without having to drill and tap a port. NOTE: Make sure you choose a bolt hole that threads directly through the intake manifold, some intake manifold covers have "blind" mounting holes and will not read boost pressure
