KDC Remanufactured Exhaust Manifold, 2007.5-2018 6.7L Cummins

Looking to replace your exhaust manifold on your 2007.5-2018 Ram 2500/3500 equipped with a 6.7L Cummins BUT don't want to pay Mopar's high price of $900!?!

KD Customs Diesel Engine & Machine have came up with a cost effective solution for you! Over many years of collecting cores, we have started to remanufacture this exhaust manifold. This particular version is for PICKUP truck models with two EGR ports. This manifold will NOT fit 3500/4500/5500 Ram Cab & Chassis Models.

Our Process:

Initial Inspection: Every core exhaust manifold we have gets inspected for any damage, cranks or imperfections and thoroughly washed.
Thermal Cleaning: Every good, useable core gets shot blasted in our AMPRO automatic cleaning system. Once removed from our blaster, we again inspect for any imperfections and flush any residual debris from the part.
Machining: After the part is cleaned to a "raw/like new" state, we clean any necessary threads and machine the exhaust manifold port surface flat (exhaust manifold to cylinder head surface)
Packaging: The last step is performing a final cleaning & inspection. If the part passes our quality control analysis, we will either ceramic coat or package the part up as a raw finish based on your choice. We take pride in a high quality, well assembled package to protect your investment.


NOTE: Raw finish WILL show surface rust when in contact with moisture

Core Criteria: Core exchanged exhaust manifolds must be in GOOD, Useable shape. Any visible damage or cracks will not be accepted as a core and no refund will be given. Customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
