This KDC (KD Customs Diesel Engine & Machine) Loaded GM Cylinder Head Assembly For 2017-2025 L5P Duramax is an OE replacement that maintains factory fit and performance. Each cylinder head is manufactured & built from quality materials to give you durability and long-lasting performance. Our cylinder heads start out from brand new GM OEM casting. The cylinder heads are visually inspected, HOT pressure tested & leak tested. We perform a precision multi-angle CNC valve job to provide the highest quality valve job on our Newen CONTOUR™ CNC valve seat & guide machine. We check the deck surface and perform a light CNC resurface utilizing PCD insert technology to ensure proper surface finish and flatness. We manufacture this cylinder head with brand NEW valves, valve seats, valve guides, valve springs, valve seals, valve retainers & keepers. After assembly the cylinder heads are vacuum checked to confirm 100% valve to seat sealing ensuring years of trouble free operation. Fits 2017-2025 L5P Duramax engines. We recommend using a GM Grade "C" Gasket - Part # 12727486. Choose between drivers side or passenger side.
